The Rules That Apply Here.
Last updated 2026-10-26. Governed by the laws of VIC.
Terms of Service
These terms apply to plumbing work carried out by GSA Plumbing Services Pty Ltd (ABN 45 694 421 031) and to the use of this website. They are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Last updated 26 October 2026.
About this website
The information on this website is general. It is not a quote or advice on your particular job, and it does not replace advice from a licensed plumber who has seen the problem. Guides link to official sources such as Energy Safe Victoria and the Victorian Building Authority, which we do not control.
Quotes
Quotes are free and there is no call-out fee. Most jobs need the problem to be seen before a proper price can be given. The price and scope of the work should be agreed before work starts. If something different is found once work begins, the scope and price may change, and the change should be agreed with you before more work is done.
Emergency work
In an emergency, work may be done first to make the situation safe, such as stopping water or isolating a fault. Further repairs are discussed with you.
Access and safety
You agree to give safe access to the property and the areas where work is needed, to tell us about known hazards such as pets, unsafe areas or materials that may contain asbestos, and to make sure a responsible adult is present or has authorised the work.
Rental properties
If you are a tenant, the owner or agent may need to approve the work and the cost. Please check this before booking. If you are an agent or owner booking for a tenant, tell us who will give access.
Compliance certificates
Where Victorian law requires a plumbing compliance certificate for the work, a licensed plumber must issue and lodge it, and you should receive a copy. Ask about the paperwork for your job.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in the quote or invoice for your job.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. If you have a problem with our work, contact us first on 0401 041 103 or gsaplumbingservices@gmail.com. You can also contact Consumer Affairs Victoria, or the Victorian Building Authority for plumbing complaints.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss caused by information on this website being general rather than specific to your job, or by events outside our reasonable control.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
