Geelong is in the City of Greater Geelong. Your council is the first stop for questions about stormwater at your property, including the legal point of discharge, the place where your stormwater is allowed to leave the block. It recommends using a licensed plumber for drainage problems, and it requires permission before anyone builds over an easement.
